You, the customer, agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless bright.net and its owners, officers, agents, and employees from any litigation, claims, demands, or causes of action asserted or filed by any person that might arise out of a customer's use of the bright.net filtering service included any tracking software and/or data provided to customer.
